Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases or services provided through the Site. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for:

    • Keeping your login credentials secure

    • Maintaining accurate account information

    • All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.


3) Orders, Proofs, and Customer Approvals

3.1 Product Listings, Mockups, and Descriptions

  • Product photos on the website, previews, and mockups are for display purposes and may not reflect exact final output.

  • Materials, finishes, and print methods can affect appearance.

3.2 Proofing & Approval (When Provided)

If your order includes a proof, it is your responsibility to review and confirm:

  • Spelling, dates, names, phone numbers, addresses

  • Layout, sizing, placement, margins

  • Bleed/safe areas and final crop behavior

  • Colors (as represented digitally), quantities, and product selection

After you approve a proof, the order is considered authorized for production. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

3.3 Customer-Supplied Print-Ready Files / Print Without a Proof

If you supply your own print-ready files or choose to proceed without a proof, you assume responsibility for:

  • Correct sizing, bleed, and safe areas

  • Image resolution and file quality

  • Embedded fonts / outlined text

  • Color mode and color expectations


4) Artwork, Content Rules, and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Rights & Permissions

By submitting any content (logos, designs, photos, text) (“Customer Content”), you represent that:

  • You own it or have permission/license to use it, and

  • Printing it does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.)

4.2 Prohibited Content & Order Refusal

We may refuse, cancel, or decline any order at our discretion, including orders involving unlawful or infringing content. If we suspect illegal activity, we may take appropriate action, including reporting as required. This includes using coupon codes that were not provided to you or not intended for your use. 

4.3 Limited License to Produce Your Order

You grant us a limited license to use Customer Content solely to create proofs and produce your order.

4.4 Portfolio Use (Optional)

Unless you opt out in writing before production begins, we may photograph finished products for portfolio/marketing purposes. We do not intentionally publish private personal data as part of this use. To opt out, contact us before production begins.


5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

  • Payment must be received and cleared before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing Errors

  • If a price is displayed incorrectly, we may correct it and contact you with options:

    • Approve the corrected price, or

    • Cancel the order for a refund

Chargebacks

  • If there’s an issue, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions and collection efforts for amounts owed.


6) Production Times, Turnaround, and Changes

  • Turnaround times are estimates and begin after:

    • Payment clears, and

    • All required information/files are received, and

    • Proof approval is received (if applicable)

  • Order changes after purchase may:

    • Delay turnaround

    • Require additional fees

    • Require a new proof and approval

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.


7) Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup

7.1 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

7.2 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds (if applicable) may exclude shipping costs

7.3 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at: 237-B Castleberry Industrial Dr, Cumming, GA, 30040

Pickup rules:

  • You may be required to show ID and/or your order confirmation.

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being marked “Ready for Pickup,” unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Orders not picked up within that time may be subject to storage constraints, and for large/bulky items we may dispose of or recycle after providing reasonable notice where permitted by law.

7.4 Risk of Loss

  • For shipped orders: risk of loss transfers to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

  • For pickup orders: risk of loss transfers to you when the order is picked up (or released to your authorized representative).


8) Printing Tolerances and Product Variations

You acknowledge that printing involves normal tolerances and variations, including:

  • Color Variation

    • Colors vary between screens and print output.

    • Variations may occur between print runs, substrates, and print methods.

  • Trim / Finishing Tolerances

    • Slight differences in trimming, alignment, folds, and finishing are common.

  • Material Differences

    • Substrate lots and finishes may vary slightly over time.

  • Quantity Overruns/Underruns (Custom Print Standard)

    • For certain custom print orders, minor over/under quantities may occur due to production processes. If applicable, we will fulfill within standard industry tolerance unless otherwise stated in your quote or invoice.


9) Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

9.1 Custom Items: No Returns

All custom-printed or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except as described under Defects & Errors Attributable to Us below.

Custom items include (examples):

  • Any item printed with your design/text/logo

  • Any item produced to a custom size, quantity, material, or configuration

  • Any item made specifically for your order

  • Any item that you received a proof for and subsequently approved. 

9.2 Generic Items: Returns Allowed

We accept returns for generic, non-custom items (items that are blank/unprinted and not made-to-order), subject to the rules below:

Return requirements:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery/pickup

  • Items must be unused, unprinted, and in resalable condition

  • Original packaging is preferred when applicable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable (unless required by law)

We may refuse returns that show use, damage, printing, wear, or are not in resalable condition.

9.3 Defects & Errors Attributable to Us (7-Day Claim Deadline)

You must inspect your order upon receipt/pickup.

All defect, damage, or production-error claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

If we confirm a defect or production error attributable to us, we may (at our discretion):

  • Reprint the affected items, or

  • Refund the affected portion of the order, or

  • Offer store credit

9.4 Issues We Do Not Cover

We do not provide refunds/reprints for:

  • Typos or design errors present in an approved proof

  • Poor-quality images, incorrect sizing, or file issues from customer-supplied artwork

  • Normal color variation and acceptable production tolerances

  • Delays caused by late approvals, late files, or change requests

  • Carrier delays after shipment is tendered to the carrier


10) Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible and you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including:

    • Design time / artwork setup

    • Prepress/setup

    • Materials ordered/used

    • Production labor already performed


11) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Store Credit (If Offered)

  • Discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotions may be modified or ended at any time.

  • Store credit/gift cards (if offered):

    • Are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law)

    • May be non-refundable


12) Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with Site security or functionality

  • Upload malicious code

  • Scrape or copy Site content in any way

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may restrict access for violations.


13) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, hosting, and analytics. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.


14) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; in those cases, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted.


15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business interruption).

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions limit liability exclusions; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.


16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your Customer Content

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law


17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County], Georgia, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.


18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


19) Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.


20) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies posted on the Site (such as Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your orders.
